At this time, YourBikerStuff.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does YourBikerStuff.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return/Exchange Policy
NOTE: Please read all information carefully.
Upon receiving your purchase please inspect all the items for any discrepancies and bring them to the attention of yourbikerstuff Returns Dept. within 2 business days.
• Damaged shipping boxes and packages
• Merchandise received other than what is billed on the invoice
• Defective merchandise
• Shortages

Before merchandise may be returned:
• Call yourbikerstuff @ 877-572-7471 attention Returns Dept. for a return authorization number. Leave your contact information, we will return your call with instruction on how to return. You will need the following.
• Invoice
• Reason for return:
• Defective merchandise (please note type of defect)   A restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees will not be credited.
 
 
• Returned items that have been worn will be subject to repair only and will be returned back to the customer. No exchanges will be permitted.
• No returns or exchanges on closeout items will be permitted. All sales final.
• No returns or exchanges on items smelling of tobacco products, perfumes, or mildew will be returned at the customer's expense.
 
Credits will be issued in the following manner:
• Credit card – credit issued back to credit card.
